Couple months later we had to replace our water heater because it wasn’t heating anymore and had started to leak. Once again they had an exception on covering the tank of the water heater. Again no assistance in helping what we thought this home warranty was suppose to help with. Show you everything it covers on the website, they take your money and then mail you the paperwork with all the fine print outlining all the exclusions.

No one, this is why you will always have that choice with AFC. Also if we send someone out you do not like just let us know, we will make sure to not send them for repairs again.
