Jeri worked several different jobs including Nocona Boot Factory, and as a cook at Terral and Goldburg Schools. Jeri and Leonard lived most of their days in Terral, Oklahoma. When Lynn and Mary returned to the states in 1968, she taught Home Economics for 6 years in different locations in Oklahoma. She then went back to school at Oklahoma Baptist University for her Hospital Administration License. Lynn and Mary were in the health care business for eight years, while investing in oil production. They then built Uncle Lynn’s Catfish Restaurant in Wichita Falls in 1987 and sold it in 1996. In the 9 years they owned Uncle Lynn’s, they served well over one million happy customers. In 2000, they built and opened Cherry Street Village Assisted Living in Nocona, TX. Cherry Street is still operating today and will continue to serve people locally and from all over the United States.
He was talented in the field of mechanics and could a shoot a gun with the best of them. He loved working on his vehicle trying to see exactly how loud he could get his truck. Reagan would blare music by Bob Segar and The Eagles while working on his truck.
After a lifelong fight from congenital heart disease and DiGeorge syndrome. True to her fighting determination, Morgan gave us 26 more years than we were ever promised. Besides her family, Pat’s next greatest passion was Nocona ISD where she served on the Board of Trustees for an astounding twenty years.
She was born on January 29, 1938 in Montague, TX to Robert & Juanita Cox Ryan. Carolyn graduated from Nocona High School and attended Midwestern University. Carolyn was a member of the Montague Methodist Church but attended many churches in Montague County. She was a true matriarch always loving and taking care of her family. She was a partner in Security Title Company in Montague, later purchasing Montague County Abstract Company. Carolyn loved her family, especially during the holidays when 100 loved ones were expected and enjoyed any time spent with them.

While Landon was lifting in the regional powerlifting meet, Reagan was constently texting his mom checking to see how he was doing. He would often text his mom in awe of what Landon was doing. The last time Reagan was home, end of March, he stood next to Payton said, “man, my baby brother is taller and bigger than me.” They wrestled on the floor & Reagan quickly realized the strength Payton had gained. He wanted Payton to be better than him and would often text his mom about him.
